How we celebrate Christmas at the Lycée Français de Reus?

Christmas at our school is celebrated through Christmas traditions, educational activities, multilingual songs, creative competitions and traditional festive food.

Christmas at school is a time to share, celebrate and preserve traditions.

At our school in Reus, these dates become an educational, joyful and family-oriented experience, strengthening our school community and values such as solidarity and togetherness.

Traditional Christmas celebrations

Students start Christmas with the Tió de Nadal, a magical tradition especially loved by younger children. We also joyfully welcome Santa Claus, and children share their best wishes, fostering a spirit of kindness and generosity.

Christmas songs in four languages

We sing Christmas songs in different languages, reflecting the cultural and linguistic diversity of our school.

Educational stands and active learning

The Primary educational stands offer exhibitions and activities in several languages, turning learning into an interactive and engaging experience.

Creative activities and competitions

Older students take part in the Pull Moche competition and the Christmas Door contest, filling the school with creativity, humour and festive spirit.

Food and family moments

At lunchtime, traditional Christmas dishes such as galets and cannelloni are enjoyed.
In the afternoon, a hot chocolate event and the AFA bar created a warm and friendly atmosphere, along with a Christmas hamper raffle.

Musical playground and end of 2025

The musical playground brings together music, fun and values, closing the year in a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
